The Luxe Society reserves the right to return item(s) to the Consignor prior to the expiration of the consignment agreement period. If the item(s) remain unsold after 100 days, we will contact you to discuss either keeping it available for sale at a reduced price or having it returned within 10 business days. Fees will be charged to arrange the return of item(s) to you at the end of the 100-day consignment term. Postal and/or courier fees will vary.
Item(s) requested to be returned before the 100-day consignment term will incur an administration fee of AUD 100.
Consignor must disclose to The Luxe Society prior to the acceptance of item(s) any and all flaws, scratches, and/or damages. In cases where flaws, scratches and/or damages or are not disclosed, The Luxe Society reserves the right to return item(s) to the Consignor at the Consignor’s cost.
The Consignor guarantees that he/she is the true and lawful owner of any and all items consigned with The Luxe Society.
The Luxe Society accepts only authentic designer items. Consignor guarantees the authenticity of all merchandise consigned with The Luxe Society. Any Consignor item delivered to The Luxe Society and deemed to be unauthentic by The Luxe Society or any qualified 3rd party, will either be returned to Consignor for a fifty dollar ($50) processing fee plus shipping costs, or will be destroyed or discarded within 10 days of being contacted.
The Luxe Society and Consigner will mutually agree on price before any merchandise is made available for sale. In cases where Consignor does not explicitly specify a desired sale price, The Luxe Society reserves the right to determine the final selling price of any and all merchandise. Final sale prices will be determined based on brand, style, condition, and market demand of merchandise.
The Consignment fees that The Luxe Society will retain are dependent on the final net selling price of your consigned item. You will be paid the following payout rates:

Your item will be listed online for 90 days. To keep it competitive, you can then opt to amend and reduce the selling price of your item(s) at any time by emailing contact@theluxesociety.com.au
We will arrange for payment as soon as the grace period for refund has been cleared and payment will be remitted within 5 business days. Payments are made by bank deposit.
Upon delivery and acceptance of all consigned merchandise, The Luxe Society will accept full responsibility for all merchandise until said merchandise has been delivered to its respective buyer or has been returned to the Consignor.
The Luxe Society agrees to maintain documentation of all contractual agreements and sale transactions on behalf of the Consignor. The Consignor is required to maintain their own records of merchandise consignments and contract expiration.
This agreement may not be modified unless agreed to in writing and signed by The Luxe Society and the Consignor.
